This module provides functionalities to record and generate breakdown work orders. This module is associated with call center/helpdesk, This module provides functionality to
- Generate BDM work orders based on the complaints registered through call center.
- Option to analyze root cause, record observations, actions taken etc….
- Option to register spare parts.
- Option to differentiate BDM work order as general (or) asset related .
- Inspect and comment on the work orders.
- Option to upload images taken during BDM process (Through PDA) .
- Option to register signatures of staff and the complaint originator..
- Status updates through emails and SMS.
- Analyze cost .
- Analyze breakdown trend.
