Contract
This module provides functionality to import an successful sales order into an incumbent maintenance contract and begin to manage the contract. It provides functionality to manage the contract with the customer and the subcontractors with their own specifics. The module will have the following features
- A successful sales order is converted to contract with a single click.
- Register / Initiate a Contract.
- Renew, Amend contracts without changing the base contract number, renewals shall be identified by unified suffix or prefix.
- Snagging process – a part of contract. Snagging process shall be converted to one-off job contract if applicable.
- Track Contracts Status - Renewal Dates, Manpower, Cost etc…
- Create Sub Contractors.
- Allocate staff.
- Create billing cycle.
- Manage Contractual Documents.
- Review performance of a contract.
