PPM Work orders

This module provides functionalities to browse system generated work orders of a particular day. This module has following features to

  • Download PPM work orders on daily basis of various division like mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
  • Restricted access to PPM work orders based on work allocation and user access rights.
  • Browse work orders in terms priority, maintenance frequency, spot & building.
  • Mandatory to scan barcode before starting the job. This ensures the technician availability onsite and time record the time spent on a job.
  • Facility to view check points and select activities like done, not done, partially done, not applicable thru drop down menu.
  • Functional to perform work orders in offline (save activity locally in PDA) and upload when GPRS is enabled.
  • Option to take picture during performing PPM.
  • View current status of work orders.
  • Register (or) Request material against a job..
  • Option to view the SOP, health & safety requirements, sub assets before performing a PPM.



FMMS Field Services Automated

This module provides functionality to view assets involved in the maintenance. This module has following features to
  • Manage asset details in the local data base of the P.D.A (secured, not possible to copy to external devices).
  • Functionality to download assets from server whenever updated.
  • Function to scan the barcode fixed to view details.
  • Browse asset details like make, model, serial no. of assets, location.

BDM Work Order
This module provides functionalities to receive breakdown work orders instantly when a complaint is registered. This module has following features.
  • Receive Breakdown work order once complaint is registered.
  • Browse breakdown work orders by spot, building, nature of complaint.
  • Function to register the complaint as general (or) asset related complaint.
  • Barcode scanning facility to start and end BDM activity thus capturing start and end time. This is applicable only for asset based complaint.
  • Barcode scanning disabled for general complaints.
  • Option to register root cause and corrective action taken against the breakdown work orders..
  • Option to take picture during performing breakdown work orders.
  • View current status of work orders.
  • Register (or) Request material against a job.
Materials
This module provides functionality to view the list of materials involved in maintenance activity. The module has following features.
  • Download material list with stock status on daily basis.
  • Browse material by category.
  • Register material usage for PPM and BDM.
  • View list of materials reserved for PPM.
